Jeff VanderWolk is a partner at global law firm, Squire Patton Boggs, with expertise in tax and cross-border taxation. His knowledge of tax policy and its practical applications has led him to work in private practice and government and agency work, advising clients in the Asia Pacific, Europe and the US on tax planning, structuring and compliance across numerous industry sectors. Jeff has recently served as the Head of the Tax Treaty, Transfer Pricing and Financial Transactions Division at the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, where he was responsible for shaping international tax policies and implementing the multilateral instrument around the world. He has previously served as International Tax Counsel to the US Senate Committee on Finance and as a Special Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service.

Jeff has over a decade of partner-level experience at both international law and accountancy firms in London and Hong Kong. His extensive experience in tax policy matters has led him advise internationally on tax legislative and policy developments.
