Alternative method of VAT collection - CIOT comments

The CIOT comments sent to HMRC in relation to a call for evidence on ‘Alternative method of VAT collection’.

Announced at Spring Budget 2017, HMRC seek views on the viability of an alternative method of collecting VAT, known also as split-payments, for online business to consumer sales made by overseas sellers.
