In setting high professional standards for CIOT members and students we help to protect the public interest and give those who use their services confidence that their CTA adviser has the knowledge, skills and integrity they can expect from a professional. The independent Taxation Disciplinary Board may take disciplinary action if a member or student fails to comply with the standards.
