Our new Pillar Two Award
In the post-BEPS environment, Pillar Two promises to fundamentally reshape how multinational groups are taxed across jurisdictions, with profound implications for states, taxpayers and advisers alike.

The CIOT’s cutting-edge Pillar Two Award, a standalone spin-off of our globally popular ADIT international tax programme, will guide tax professionals in countries around the world on Pillar Two’s key concepts and their practical implementation.
Who is it for?
The Pillar Two Award is designed for new and experienced international tax professionals alike. Whether you’re advising clients, ensuring compliance on behalf of a multinational enterprise, or developing tax policy for government, it will help you to:
- Build your knowledge of the Pillar Two rules, from GloBE to IIR to UTPR
- Gain confidence in applying the rules to real-world situations
- Consider the wider administrative, economic and geopolitical landscape as the Pillar Two regime is rolled out.
Straightforward, accessible learning
Tuition is available online and on demand, so you can fit your studies around your job. The learning programme consists of one module, addressing Pillar Two both in theory and from a practical perspective. Assessment is via a single exam, which will be available each June and December. The Award syllabus is updated on an annual basis, reflecting the dynamic nature of the Pillar Two discourse. The exam duration is 3 hours 15 minutes, delivered online, and features a list of permitted books that can be used for reference.
