Each free webinar will be 30 minutes long and will feature a tax professional from a different business area, who will share details of the path that led them to their current role and tips on how to overcome challenges they faced throughout their careers.

Bev started her career in an industry-based role as a financial assistant during which she studied and gained her AAT qualification. Wanting a more client focused career, Bev then moved into a practice role and began her training as an accountant. After progressing through her ACCA qualification she soon became a Senior Accountant and developed a passion and interest in Tax. Focusing on SME’s primarily, Bev’s move into tax it allowed her to focus on R&D claims, Corporation Tax, Personal Tax and share schemes. Once becoming CTA qualified, Bev then chose to specialise further in Restructures, Merger & Acquisitions, Share schemes, Corporation Tax, Stamp Duty, Stamp Duty Land Tax, Land remediation relief, Personal Tax, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and VAT. After becoming Head of Tax at Ad Valorem in 2020, Bev continues to guide the Tax team from strength to strength.
