MTD – HMRC to update homepage for the Agent Services Account

HMRC are updating the homepage of the Agent Services Account between 3 February and 5 February.

These slides show screenshots of the new style.

The changes are in direct response to user research and customer feedback and move the homepage from tile to concertina style. HMRC anticipates that this will provide better ease of access to available information and will be fairly intuitive to navigate.
