Library

General information

Our Library collection is housed as part of the law collection of King’s College London, located at the Maughan Library and Information Services Centre in Chancery Lane. The nearest tube stations are Chancery Lane and Temple. Please note the collection is an archive and no new publications have been added to the collection since it was gifted to Kings College in 2018.

Access to the Library

CIOT Members, International Tax Affiliates and students can apply for a free temporary pass to visit King's Libraries here.

You need to provide proof of membership  - for Associate Members / Affiliates this can be a pdf or photograph of your Membership / Affiliate certificate. Students can provide a screen shot of their portal account showing their student membership. You need to plan your visit in advance and allow a week for your pass to be sent.

The temporary pass only allows access during library staffed hours.

Membership - £30 for 6 months

If Members wish to visit regularly and borrow books from the wider library you now also have the option to pay for a library subscription.

This will provide you with an ID card, limited borrowing rights (5 items) and access during all library opening hours.

Please see the Kings College Library website for further information.
