Independent Member – Joint Audit & Risk Committee

The ATT and CIOT Councils are seeking to appoint an Independent Member to the Joint Audit & Risk Committee

Membership to the Committee will be for a fixed term of 3 years with a second term being possible by agreement between the ATT and CIOT, and successful applicant.

Applicants cannot hold membership of ATT or CIOT, should have an understanding of organisational governance and risk, and experience of sitting on a formal or informal committee, or strategic group.

This is a voluntary, unpaid role requiring six to eight days per year for mostly remote committee meetings, preparation, and calls, with reasonable expenses claimable.
