HMRC service levels - CIOT survey

The CIOT is undertaking a survey to gather more granular data regarding members’ experiences, including the impact of HMRC’s service levels on businesses and on their practice. The survey will take around ten minutes to complete and can be found here. We will be sharing the results of the survey with HMRC.
