Constantinos is the founder and managing director of C.Kounnis & Partners Ltd, an accountancy firm which specialises in audit, tax and advisory work. He is an experienced tax practitioner with more than 15 years' experience and offers professional advice on effective international tax structuring, corporate reorganisations and estate planning. Prior to founding C.Kounnis & Partners Ltd, Constantinos had spent two years with KPMG in Nicosia and four years with Deloitte in London, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Pedro worked for Big 4 firms for nine years and is now responsible for the management and overall coordination of Marosa, an EU VAT compliance firm with a strong focus on technology. Besides founding Marosa, Pedro is also the Director and founder of One, two…tree!, a Spanish NGO working on education in Central America. He founded this charity ten years ago and it is now a mature project with over a thousand students and a fantastic team of dedicated volunteers.
