Customs: HMRC webinar – Import Control System 2

If your business send goods from Great Britain to Northern Ireland (GB to NI) or the EU (GB to EU) by parcels or freight via roll on-roll off-ferry, you need to be ready for Import Control System 2 (ICS2) as soon as possible and no later than 31 December 2025.

To assist you with your preparations, HMRC are hosting an online event on‌‌‌ Thursday 9 October‌‌‌ 2025 from‌‌‌ 11am to 12pm, where they will take you through the ICS2 requirements for movements into Northern Ireland and the EU, including:

• information about ICS2 
• what additional information you’ll need to provide in your declarations 
• how to submit arrival and presentation of goods notifications 

You can ask questions on the day or pre-submit in advance. Any pre-submitted questions will be prioritised. You can register for the livestream and pre-submit any questions by completing this form. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive a joining link which you can save by adding to your calendar.
