Using Exam4 in Test Centres - guidance videos

On this page you will find all the guidance videos showing you how to use Exam4 in the Test Centre. You must watch all the videos, so that you understand how to use Exam4 from end-to-end. Around 4 weeks before the exams, a Windows test version of Exam4 will be available and you must practice using Exam4.

Even if you have sat exams in the past using Exam4, you must watch this video to see what has changed. It helps show Candidates what exam setup is required before the exam start time.  

Start setting up as soon as you have had your ID checked by the Invigilator and are at sat your desk.

As you can see, the answers are not always lined up perfectly in the columns, but the answers are clear for the examiners in all questions.

What to do in the highly unlikely event your devices crashes

In the unlikely event you have issues at the Test Centre, immediately make the Invigilator aware of what has happened.

There are simple steps to re-open your exam from where you left off, see the video below.  Any issues would be reported by the Invigilator to the CIOT so that appropriate action could be taken.
