CIOT letter to HMRC's new Chief Executive and First Permanent Secretary

The CIOT has written a letter to the new HMRC Chief Executive and First Permanent Secretary, JP Marks.

The letter has been sent to welcome JP Marks to his new role and highlight some key areas of priority to help address the Exchequer Secretary's three priorities for HMRC - key areas that we welcome continued collaborative engagement on.
