Joseph explains " I love my job. It's a job that involves having to problem solve, thinking on your feet to answer wide-ranging questions. It's an ever-changing job, moving at the same speed as technology changes. You often have to apply government policy to the real world, with the world moving faster than the policymakers can keep up with. It's also a collaborative role; organisations trust you to help them be better."
