BetterTax ApS (Denmark and online)

BetterTax specialises in teaching international corporate taxation and transfer pricing. Having a narrow focus enables the firm to concentrate on its courses and improve them all the time.

The courses offer value for money, quality, support, clarity, close guidance, up-to-date course materials, and the possibility to combine courses.

Value for money
The courses have plenty of hours of video material. To properly prepare for the ADIT exams takes time. Passing these exams is hard work and cannot be done with quick, high level summaries of major topics only. That is why the videos take you deep into detail. In addition, you will be eligible for significant discounts in any face-to-face or online exam prep seminars conducted in the weeks preceding the exams. So you pay for what you use now and get discounts when you take more later.

Quality
As your lecturer, Johann Müller brings a wealth of experience. He is an ADIT graduate and has 20+ years' relevant experience. Johann has worked in Holland, the UK, the US and Denmark as a tax consultant, barrister, representative for Denmark at the OECD (WP6), competent authority case handler and in-house tax specialist. He have been an educator and public speaker throughout his career, and thoroughly enjoys doing this.

Support
Help is guaranteed whenever you need it. Paying your subscription fees is not the end of the journey, it is the beginning. You can expect a response to any question within 24 hours.

Clarity
The courses follow the exact outline of the ADIT syllabus. Does the syllabus for Module I, Section D, Chapter 1 require knowledge about Conflicts of residence and source as a cause of International double taxation? Then our video I.D.1 will explain this to you. No need to try and figure out what is supposed to be covered where, or whether you have covered all the required material. This has been done for you.

Close guidance
The tuition does not refer you to the legal texts only and tell you to go read them; the course material takes you through them. The tuition will discuss the texts with you, adding lots of practical examples along the way. That way you will be very familiar with the material you can take with you and use during the exam.

Up-to-date course materials
The ADIT syllabus requires candidates to be up-to-date with significant developments that occurred after the publication of the syllabus. The courses discuss those developments and provide you with background materials, as with the rest of the course material.

Combining courses
Doing both the Principles of International Taxation and Transfer Pricing modules? Subscribe for both and get a significant discount.
