P800s received for former clients or not clients at all

One member has reported to us receiving numerous P800s in relation to individuals who are either no longer clients, or who have never been clients at all. Apart from being a waste of the agent's time in dealing with these, sending them back to HMRC etc, it also seems to be a worrying breach of confidentiality by HMRC. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
