HMRC Powers and Safeguards – External Research

Ipsos MORI are looking for agents to participate in research as part of the review into the implementation of HMRC’s Powers and Safeguards which is currently underway

They are looking for agents who have represented at least one client who has been served with a notice under the Accelerated Payment Notice (APN) regime, the Follower Notice (FN) regime, or the General Anti-Abuse Rule (GAAR) provisions and who are willing to participate with Ipsos MORI in a telephone interview. All of those selected by Ipsos MORI for interview will receive £150 in recognition of their time although there is no guarantee that everyone expressing an interest will be contacted for interview. Ipsos MORI will not share details of those who participate with HMRC and so participation will remain anonymous.
