CIOT stakeholders, including ADIT students, graduates and International Tax Affiliates, are invited to attend two events which will take place in India this Autumn.
The 3rd annual Taxsutra Conclave will be held at the Oberoi Hotel in Gurgaon, from 5-7 October. A busy agenda will include discussion of the OECD Multilateral Instrument and other post-BEPS developments, with sessions to be led by leading international tax experts from India and across the world. The Foundation for International Taxation (FIT) will hold its annual Conference on 7-9 December. Held in association with the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) and the OECD, the Conference will take place at the ITC Maratha Hotel in Mumbai and will include sessions chaired by prominent international tax thought leaders including ADIT Academic Board member Dr Partho Shome, and speakers including CIOT Fellow Murray Clayson. Since 2013 the ADIT syllabus has included a popular India option module, and ADIT exams take place in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai as the qualification continues to grow in popularity throughout India. ADIT brochures will be distributed at both of these forthcoming events, and we look forward to welcoming more new ADIT students from employers across India.
