For the first time ADIT will be exhibiting at the prestigious 19th annual International Tax Conference in Mumbai, India in December 2013 to promote ADIT, the Indian Option Paper, and education in international taxation.
Organised by the Foundation for International Taxation, the three day conference will cover some of the current major tax and treaty conflicts, emerging international tax trends and developments in India, a panel discussion on “Should International Taxation be based on “Morality” or “Legality”, and transfer pricing developments and issues. There will be nearly 75 global tax experts as speakers and panellists, and over 500 participants are expected to attend from around the world. There are now over 70 ADIT qualification holders and students working in India in firms ranging from professional services firms to multinational corporations.
We encourage all of our interested ADIT colleagues to participate in this conference where possible, especially those concerned with international taxation issues related to India and the sub-continent.
