ADIT students and Affiliates are invited to take part in the 11th Annual Avoir Fiscal Anniversary EU Tax Conference, organised by Queen Mary University of London's Centre for Commercial Law Studies and taking place in central London on Friday 29 January 2016.
The conference celebrates the 30th anniversary of the CJEU’s landmark Avoir Fiscal EU Tax judgment, and will feature a top class line up of speakers from the UK and Europe. Among the speakers will be representatives from Queen Mary University of London Alumni and the European Commission.
The theme for the event is "BEPS: EU Law Issues and EU Tax Latest", and the morning session will feature a significant state aid element for those interested in the Apple, Google, FIAT and Starbucks litigation.
A discounted entry fee of £50 is available to ADIT students and International Tax Affiliates of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, as well as CTA students and CIOT members, representing a 50% discount on the standard entry fee.
Spaces are limited to 120, so book online to reserve your place and avoid disappointment.
