The CIOT is now seeking an exceptional candidate to join as its next Chief Executive. The Chief Executive works with the CIOT’s Council to design and implement the organisation’s strategy, while ensuring it meets its charitable objectives. Providing leadership to the CIOT’s employees and volunteers, the Chief Executive will ensure the continued commercial, educational and reputational success of the CIOT: building its influence while driving growth in student numbers and revenue streams in the UK and worldwide. Ensuring that consumers can rely on CIOT members’ knowledge and professionalism is critical, and CIOT’s influence on the development of this complex and important area will be even more important than ever over the coming years of economic and political change.
You will have a track record of strategic leadership in an organisation of equivalent scale and complexity. You will be a proven people leader, able to inspire and motivate a close-knit team. With first-class stakeholder management skills, you will be experienced in successfully leading commercial operations whilst working with partners and volunteers to ensure the CIOT’s ongoing influence and impact.
