Managed Service Company Schemes: An unfair competitive advantage?

The authors have spotted a white elephant in HMRC's proposals to 'tackle' managed service companies. The thrust of the proposals is to end a particular method of tax and NICs mitigation, but only time will tell if they are effective in doing so or whether they spawn a fresh range of business vehicles.
