The topics for this year's annual forum of the CFE in Brussels were:
- The incidence of VAT on public entities and charities, and
- The ECJ and the New Path.
This article focuses on the latter, and highlights some of the comments made during the presentations. As ever in such a report, the comments are essentially those of the author unless there is a direct quotation from one of the contributors to the forum.
