PAYE: HMRC Online Returns and Forms PAYE service

An upgraded HMRC's Online Returns and Forms PAYE Service was released, after a slight delay, on 31 October 2008 and the CIOT would like to hear from members whether the service is performing as expected. The upgraded service provides a number of improvements and should be more accessible, as well as allowing HMRC to handle increased volumes of online submissions. If you use the service to submit in-year forms, it will now allow you to print parts 1A, 2 and 3 of form P45 on plain paper and, from April 2009, you will also be able to use the service to file P9D and P11D Returns for 2008-09. We would, however, like to know whether the system is currently providing the service members require.
