How to Contact HMRC: Guide for Agents

HMRC have published a useful guide on how to contact them. The guide is available to download here in Adobe (pdf) format. As part of their Tax Agents’ campaign, HMRC have produced the attached guide to help agents address their queries to the right part of HMRC on their first attempt.

The guide includes links to contact details for various parts of HMRC together with details of the type of information that HMRC will accept over the telephone.
