HMRC update on major incident at their Bradford Contact Centre

HMRC have published an update on the major incident at their Bradford Contact Centre. Quote from HMRC:

Our Contact Centre in Bradford is currently closed due to a major water leak. The severity of the damage caused means that it will remain closed for a number of weeks.

In view of this our calls have been diverted to Contact Centres in East Kilbride & Sunderland. Whilst our public 0845 telephone numbers are operational the Agent Priority Line is not.

Agents wishing to discuss the affairs of their clients and who cannot get through on the public number may use the Agent Priority lines for either East Kilbride or Sunderland Contact Centres as shown on the attached sheet.

Unquote.
