EU Tax Legislation

A classified list of legislation and related documents relevant to direct and indirect taxation. This document sets out updated lists of EU legislation relevant to direct and indirect taxes (other than customs duties and dock dues) enacted, or made, during the period between 1 January 2004 and 31 December 2011. It therefore includes legislation which is no longer in force. It replaces the information previously included in EU Tax Developments.
