Lynnette is a chartered accountant, a chartered tax adviser, and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Specialising in the field of personal taxation (including tax residence, the UK taxation of foreign domiciliaries and offshore trust planning) she advises clients on all aspects of personal and trust taxation. She contributes to various technical publications and journals and also lectures.
Lynnette is a member of the ICAEW Tax Faculty Committee, serves in various capacities on a number of its technical subcommittees and working parties and has represented the Tax Faculty at various meetings with HM Treasury and HMRC.
Achieving good results for clients in challenging scenarios such as with Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility cases and where she had to co-ordinate various different advisers from different jurisdictions and disciplines so as to achieve practical planning solutions for client problems.
