"Remember me" / "Save my username" login checkbox

Ticking this checkbox on the login form causes a persistent cookie to be set which will log you into the website automatically from whichever machine you happen to be using at the time.

If other people use that machine, it is better not to check this box. When left unchecked, your login session will automatically expire when you quit your browser.
