Welcome to the Branch Network of the Chartered Institute of Taxation

The Branches are run by members to meet members' needs. Each Branch aims to provide high-quality yet affordable courses to help members develop their technical expertise and obtain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.

The Branch programme runs from September to May each year. A booklet is sent with Tax Adviser magazine and details will be added to the website during August. Keep an eye on your local branch's activities by signing up to receive web alerts.

If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify the Branch in writing. If notice of cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to the event, the fee will be refunded minus a £20 administration charge. After this time 100% of the fee will be withheld. You may submit the name of a colleague/person(s) to attend in your place up to 24 hours before the event.

No liability is assumed by the CIOT for changes to date, content, speakers or venue. In the unlikely event that it is necessary to cancel or postpone, the Institute’s liability will be limited to the refund of the full conference fee.

Please note that receipts/confirmations/invoices will not be issued. Specifically, conference fees are exempt from VAT and no VAT invoice will be issued.
