6th Cross Atlantic and European Tax Symposium jointly with the International Fiscal Association, British Branch
FRIDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2002, LONDON
  • Part I: The impact of new provisions relating to corporate inversions, earnings stripping and the use of hybrid entities
  • Part II: The impact of stock option and stock incentive plans on cross Atlantic transfer pricing
  • Part III: Current transfer pricing projects of the OECD
  • Part IV: The impact of double taxation treaty policy and treaty discrimination claims on cross Atlantic planning
  • Part V: Tax aspects of recent cross Atlantic M&A transactions

I would like to invite you to the above event, which follows last year's successful 5th Cross-Atlantic and European Tax conference. There are nine excellent speakers from the US, UK, France and Austria.

Attached is an outline of the programme for the day, which will consider five major tax topics of current interest.

If you have colleagues who would also be interested in attending, please pass a copy to them.

A special offer, saving £20, is available to delegates who book by 1 November 2002, for whom the price will be £150 rather than £170 (or euro equivalent).

This event was very popular and oversubscribed last year and places are limited. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Please retain this as no further documentation will be sent prior to the event (other than a receipt for your payment, should you require one).

I look forward to seeing you on the day.

    Yours sincerely,

    Deborah Hicks
    Secretary, European Branch

PS A post-conference dinner will be held at the Bleeding Heart Restaurant, at a cost of £50. Please come along.
