Banking Reforms - CIOT comments

The CIOT comments on HM Treasury's white paper 'Banking Reform: delivering stability and supporting a sustainable economy'. The white paper sets out the Government’s proposals for implementation of the recommendations of the Independent Commission on Banking, which include ring-fencing vital banking services, increasing banks’ loss-absorbency and enhancing competition in the banking sector.
