TaxAid has two positions available on its intern programme for tax-trained professionals who need training and support back into paid work. This has been so successful that replacements are now needed.
Internships typically last three to six months, with two or three days a week in the office in Southwark. The objective is to enable participants to update and broaden their tax knowledge and client-facing skills while doing valuable work for this exceptional charity. The usual "HMRC sanctioned" benefits apply (travel costs and a £5 lunch allowance).
