STPG's AGM on 29 October 2007: Latest STPG Constitution

At the STPG's AGM held immediately following its second Annual Conference on 29 October 2007:

1. Craig Leslie was elected STPG Chairman following Lakshmi Narain's retirement from that position. A vote of thanks was expressed to Lakshmi for his able Chairmanship. Lakshmi remains on Council.

2. Jeremy de Souza was elected as a new member of Council.

3. The attached document was adopted as the STPG's Constitution, which incorporates some minor amendments to the previous version.
